Hi! I thinks Jamf is a great company, and the current employees reviews back up this. That is why I was so excited when I got an email saying I needed to provide my availability to schedule an interview.
However, I had the following happen to me. And I'm sharing, because if you as a company don;t know about it, then how are you going to fix this?
I hope is helpful for any other applicants that also went through this (I read a few reviews about the same thing).
My process:
1.- You receive an email inviting you to an interview and asking you to give your availability
2.- You are ghosted, and no responses to your follow-up emails.
3.- You received a survey asking you to rate your interview? - Is someone getting a quote for interviews, and not actually scheduling them? This was an odd email to receive.
4.- You get an email that says that they "reviewed your application" and they will move forward with another candidate...
- Then why did you send an email before that said that after "reviewing my application" I was good fit?

Thank you for providing feedback, we appreciate having information on your experience as a job seeker. and will work to improve our communication. As a fast growing company, we are excited to have many opportunities to offer, but it can also lead to challenges coordinating communication between multiple hiring teams. We will act on the feedback you provided to improve communication with candidates. If you were asked to provide availability for an interview, you should have received an interview or be notified directly if the position was filled before it could take place. We deeply apologize if that was not your experience.
