Emailed an excel assessment and a case study about applying regulation snippets for haircuts. (You don't need any background research for this). Please notice virtually ALL their interviews on glassdoor have "no offer". I think this is a small company that sends out these assessments with no real jobs available. I spend 2-3 hours on their tests when i was pressed for time and in retrospect that wasn't worth it. (I'm an expert in excel and am 100% confident i got everything right - and still no offer).

HR phone screen, did not proceed after. Next round should be technical assessment based on word of mouth, cannot verify as I did not make it that far. Prepare to speak over CV at length and discuss relevant projects

The interview process was structured but approachable. It began with an online application followed by a phone screening. After that, there was a one-on-one interview focused on my skills and experience, and a final round with a practical task related to the role. The overall tone was professional but friendly, and the interviewers were supportive.
