Interview
CV screening (3 days) - Excel assessment (invite in 1 week time, you have 3 days to complete) - Phone interview - Final Interview. Hr are friendly and you can schedule flexibly. The interview seemed difficult. I appreciated there wasn't any of the typical HR boring questions but rather reasoning tests.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Excel is super basic, I have never used excel before and passed it. No need to worry about that
1st stage Phone interview was a mix of consulting-like estimation questions and probability (dices and stuff) questions. Overall it was fun but if you're rusty and not brilliant at probability games like me you'll be rejeceted.
First round: Excel exercise (formulas) and write-ups to answer questions Second round: phone interview asking market sizing and brain teaser (math) - didn't pass the second round Interview process pretty quick, always heard back within a week

Interview
Multiple Rounds: - Online Assessment - Phone Interview #1 - Phone Interview #2 (got cut after #1) - Final Round I was asked not to disclose specific questions, but they asked Fermi estimation problems and difficult probability questions. If you are used to Quant Trading interviews, it is not much different. Got cut after Phone Interview #1, even though I thought I performed great. When I asked for an explanation, they said feedback was not part of their review process so that was disappointing.
Completed a simple data analysis written task and then was called in for an interview where they asked some typical consulting-style market sizing questions and another problem-solving type question. No questions about personal information were asked.
