I sent in my resume through the website, heard back a few days later offering either an online test or the normal screening process. Not knowing what the latter meant I opted for the test. The test is four questions long, I believe you have half an hour to do it. You are allowed to use pen, paper, and a calculator. Thought I did fine but then later realized I made a bunch of silly mistakes. Never heard back.
