There was an online test, a video interview, and then an in-person interview. The online test was relatively easy, with questions about the order book and probability. The Video interview was a system design question. And the in-person interview consisted of two interviews in the morning and then an interview in the afternoon. It was very technical, focusing on the stock exchange and ETFs.

Very consulting-like without looking for a too structured framework. Asked about restaurant reservations and how to optimize the current system, a lot more producty than strategy. Overall, prep with thinking practically and outside the box rather than with jargon
the interview was an oa and it was fairly simple, on order books and probability, i passed the interview and got to next round, which is an online zoom interview spanning from 20 to 60 minutes.
