I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Jane Street (London, England) in Apr 2023
Interview
Did one interview round, Pretty focused on brainteasers and probability games. A few question asking for optimal strategy of playing a game and how you would approach it. Didnt get through but was important to say how you think about the problem etc.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Jane Street (New York, NY) in Sep 2024
Interview
Hacker rank, then a 30 min phone call with a trader. He asked probability questions, on the harder side but not impossible. Unfortunately I did make it past this round.
Interview process was smooth. Interviewers were nice but questions were reasonably difficult. A background in combinatorics and probability would definitely help. Prepare before the interview and good luck. Over all experience was great.
