Interview
Jane's interview process for this role was such a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Their principal recruiter was incredibly kind, communicative, and helpful throughout it all. When it came to scheduling, their recruiting coordinator set up meetings quickly and ensured I was prepped for my design challenge presentation. I went through several rounds of interviews that included meeting with team members from Design, Engineering, and Product. My final interviews ended with the CTO and CEO. It really was so wonderful getting to know the team, to gain a better understanding of the company/product and also for them to get to know me. I felt like the team not only wanted to learn more about candidates as potential hires, but also as people. I think this is what makes Jane really special. An overall positive experience that I would do all over again regardless of receiving an offer.
