Very rigorous review of my life going back to teenage years! Not in a scrutinizing way but more of a fact filled finding kind of one. They really want to get to know you here and after the interview they certainly do. My advice for future candidates is to provide any information that describes who you are as well as any and all professional endeavors you have taken part in whether it's at work or your own personal endeavors.
