I had a nice chat with HR. They set me up for an interview with a panel of 2. It went wel. I didn’t have 100% of the exact experience they were seeking but maybe I had about 85%? But all in all it went well. Then complete silence. I really don’t think it reflects well on a company if they cannot do a professional the courtesy of following up after an interview regardless of the outcome.
