good and exciting i actually loved it and would recommend it to everyone who can make it to the first round to be self-informed, conscious and confident. they will love you if you are curious and have strong convictions.
The process went through 3 different stages: two interviews with a team of 2 people (my interviewers were from RE) and a MD, plus a group work related on which objects you would like to prioritise if you were left with your mates on the moon.

The interviewer is really nice but really busy as well. Afterall Jefferies, being a boutique I B firm, requires more engagements.
