Series of interviews with my future team, line manager and stakeholders. The opportunity was brought to me by a search professional. The interview process itself was not prolonged, however it took Jefferies a long while to obtain all the internal approvals and issue a job offer.

Interview
Very quick process. One meeting with manager and another with C-Level Manager. Direct talk to the point relevant to the position and also around expectations for the future. good exchange of information from both sides of the table. I was able to get a good feeling about the culture of the firm and the personality of key manager. I did not start with HR though.
