Submitted a resume and cover letter online and within a couple of days got an email to schedule a phone interview. Had the phone interview a few days later. Was a brief 30 min interview. That was on a Monday, by Thursday got an email that they were choosing not to move forward with me.

Interview
The interview process moved very quickly but was rigorous and included many stages. Interviewers actually treat you like a full-fledged human (which I've never experienced before) so it was an excellent process to have honest conversations about mutual expectations and fit. I did have to complete an Audition which was nerve-wracking but fun, and ultimately, was able to showcase my skills much better because of it.
