Unfortunately I was not called in for an in-person interview BUT I wanted to provide feedback for my phone interview and an activity I was asked to complete. I received an email invitation for a phone interview and was asked to select a few dates on a calendar which was very convenient! The phone interview was brief- it lasted about 15 minutes. The recruiter was very nice and made me feel comfortable. The phone interview went well and I was then asked to complete some exercises. I was provided 4 different scenarios and was instructed to provide details for how I would respond to each.
