Once I applied for the position, I was emailed an assessment, which was followed up by an interview. The interviewing process was quite intense but everyone was very nice throughout the process.
The first interview was an hour-long which consisted of going over previous experience but then randomly solving math equations and answering behavioral questions which felt completely unrelated to the role.
The actual hiring manager was on the call shadowing the recruiter and didn't ask a single question about my background or why I was interested.
They also couldn't provide specific details on what the actual responsibilities would entail, so I'm glad I didn't continue in the process.
