Initial video interview - 3 questions
Final - Blue Review (group activities and 2 interviews) The entire recruitment team engaged with candidates and then introduced themselves before then start of the interview. There was a group project, which is reviewed by crewmembers. All of the logistics were shown through PowerPoint and discussed by current crewmembers. Ending with "reach" test, jumpstart fitting and 2 final interviews.
Amazing interview. Positive vibes. Hiring crew inspiring. Advice? Dress like you currently work for them all the way from hair to shoes. Be early. Do not take photos. Put your phones away unless they say you can bring them out.

Large group interview, I fell off the bus in a slim skirt going from LGA to JFK and was late. They welcomed me and the energy in the room position and empowering.
