I applied online and was contacted a couple days late via-email. I had to do an automated phone interview and then was contacted by a recruiter via telephone, he asked me to come in for group interview at the airport. Interview was long, and was asked a series of questions in front of very small group. Days later I received an e-mail that I would be moving forward. A background and drug screening need to be passed.
