Applied for a job and they called me in about a month later to set up the initial phone interview with the HR Manager. About a week later, I had that phone interview with the HR Manager. He basically asked questions about my background, what I knew about the position, the company, how my experience tied in with this position, etc. This lasted about 45 minutes.
Next, they called me to set up the face-to-face interview with the Airport Operations Manager. I go in and do through the usual fingerprinting process and had to sign a waver allowing them to do a background check. I interviewed with the Manager and the HR person who previously interviewed me over the phone. The AO Manager basically asked questions about how my previous work experience tied in with this position. I then asked some questions about the job, their background, the company, etc. At the end, the HR Manager asked what seemed to be three company standard questions about how I deal with stress, my experience with coworkers, etc. I felt the last part was rushed since there were other people waiting outside to use our conference room. Overall, the interview was supposed to last two hours, but only lasted one. I was supposed to meet with one of the directors, but I didn't get a chance to.
