Behavioral based interview I interviewed in NY the people were polite and I met with 3 Individuals in the room at once. It was weird that I didn't get the job but I think they felt like I was over qualified and would leave as soon as something else came my way. So wrong but its just how people judge you.

The process was not bad at all and the HR over the phone are very helpful and friendly. I was dying to join JetBlue team until I notice one of the Supervisor in PHL airport only hire females for whatever reason. She made it obvious that she only spend more time with them and hire them without any question.
