I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at JetBlue (Boston, MA) in Jul 2019
Interview
Applied online. Invited to a hotel in Boston to Interview. show up, and there is about 100 other people there to interview. Most are interviewing for Airport Operations (Customer Service), about 30 were interviewing for Ground Operations. Interviewed with two other people with a mid level manager. Received email the next day with preliminary offer for employment. Then spent about two months going through a background check with an external company that was terrible, had to get fingerprinted, and got drug tested. The company that did the background check was basically incompetent. I am very young, have never had so much as a speeding ticket and never touched drugs, but it still took a RIDICULOUS amount of time to clear me. Company then took the next month to send me to training in Orlando at JBU. JetBlue really needs to get better at this process.
