I had to fly to New York for the interview and it was in a group setting. First they talked to us about what the company does and what was expected of applicants. Had our finger prints takes, was tested in Spanish and later on had my official interview.

Question 1
How have you dealt in the past with a difficult co-worker?
It's a video interview of a couple questions. You get multiple attempts to answer each question. If you are selected to advance on to the in person group interview where you must use your people skills to mingle & problem solve.
Amazing interview. Positive vibes. Hiring crew inspiring. Advice? Dress like you currently work for them all the way from hair to shoes. Be early. Do not take photos. Put your phones away unless they say you can bring them out.

We had to plan a 3 day layover in Mexico including food, entertainment and sites to see. Watching us work as a team.

Large group interview, I fell off the bus in a slim skirt going from LGA to JFK and was late. They welcomed me and the energy in the room position and empowering.
