They send you a virtual link and don’t tell you it’s going to be a group setting. You rotate answering the same questions. Then the give you a background check/drug screening, then finger prints and if you made it this far..the offer

Question 1
Describe a difficult situation and how did you handle it?
Normal- they do a typical phone screening and then either move you onto a panel interview or not. It was a normal HR person who was very nice. I did enjoy our conversation.
I applied online, within a week later they sent me an invitation for a questionnaire i passed the questionnaire then the following week they sent me the voice interview.
