Jewel-Osco Bagger interview questions

Got on website for employment. Filled out application, was rather long. Cross referenced questions to tell personality and easily detect illegitimate answers by asking same question with different language or circumstantial variables a couple times to see how you answer each time. A bit extreme if you ask me. I was called literally half an hour after application completion to do quick non invasive phone interview. I was then given a time for face to face interview a couple days later.
