Jewel-Osco Deli Associate interview questions

I just applied online. A week or 2 later they called me in for an interview. The interview was very easy just asking about a few things off my resume and then a few situational customer service questions. One question was how would you rate your service on a 1-10 scale and why? Starting wage is minimum wage.

I had applied in the early summer for a Deli Associate Position, and received a call back about 1.5 weeks later, and the Personnel Coordinator (Kris) wanted me to come in for an interview the next week. The Interview itself was pretty standard and went through typical questions and only treaded lightly on what I actually knew about a Deli. It was pretty clear they just needed people as I was one of 7 people to be hired in a 2 week period. After learning I got the position, I had to come in for a few days worth of safety training (which was online) and the to sign some documents. I actually began in the deli about a week after all that was finished.
