Interview
This was a little over 3 years ago (September 2013) but I still remember. Generic interview questions such as availability and telling the manager about yourself. I had originally applied for front end (the front end manager does come in interviews for that if they need people) but they were full so I had my pick between a few other departments and chose produce. After I picked I was asked if I could lift and bend.
After, you take an oral drug test. A few days later I got a call asking me to come in for orientation.
Very simple. I was able to get ahold of them by walking into the store and asking for the manager. I brought a resume. I was asked about a few things on my resume, but they were mainly interested in what hours I could work.
