I met a representative at a job fair and, after talking for a bit, she scheduled me for an interview for their internship. After a week, a representative came to my campus and spoke to me.

Worked for company prior, applied to internship and was called to an in-person interview. A simple interview with basic questions, interviewer very nice and welcoming. About two months later received an offer.
