Interview
The interview was not a bad one. First you are interviewed by the hiring manager and then the front end manager. They ask you typical questions but my interview was more like a conversation. The hiring manager did not ask as many questions as the front end manager. They asked questions like:
Why would you like to work for Jewel?
What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Past experience?
After the interview, you are given a drug test right there. I assume if they didn't want to hire you, they would not give you one.

15-30 minute conversation with manager asking very simple questions about my work history, behavioral questions, and my availability. No prep required to succeed in the interview. They offered me the job on the spot.
