Interview
Met with store manager. Couple of simple questions. Basic experience stuff. Nothing tricky or imaginative. I've worked in other grocery stores before so most of the questions revolved around previous jobs and what I was capable of at the current store. I'm guessing that most of the questions for those that haven't worked in the grocery industry before will probably involve a customer service angle. Just a hint, the customer is always right, and you do whatever you can to make their experience comfortable and enjoyable. Most times the manager is just trying to get a gauge on whether or not you will work. Present yourself as logical and hardworking and you should have no issues getting the job.
