The store director at the time was super nice! He asked me general questions like availability, if I had an interest in working in a certain department, and questions such as strengths/weaknesses, give an example of a time you worked in a team, etc. If you're prepared and know what your answers might be ahead of time, you'll do great, and even if you wing it, it's not too bad either!
