Asked standard questions, some videos were shown for training purposes, a hands-on demonstration on bagging, discussion, and questions along with a stack of paperwork. The paperwork was the hardest part of the entire process.
I was called for an interview and went into the store to meet the manager. The process was very straightforward and professional. We discussed the role, and I received an offer on the spot.
Pretty easy. They bring you in the office and talk to you. They ask for your availability and what you experience is. Overall, it was very chill for an interview.
