Applied online and got called in for an interview about 1 month later. Only asked 1 question and hired me on the spot. Gave me a mouth swab (for drug test) and sent me on my way. They told me to fill out the background check information that they'll send in an email. The background check took about 4 days.
nice and quick, to the point questions , asked about experience and baking knowledge. The interview was not too long either. i was asked to demonstrate specific skills related to cake decorating and preparing other baked goods
Answered a few behavioral questions and filled out a sheet with my availability. Interview questions were standard, such as why do you want to work here and what are your strengths and weaknesses.
