Interview
Walked in about 10 minutes early, and said I was here for an interview. Was asked to sit down, and waited for a couple of minutes. One of the store managers came and got me and walked me to the back where she would ask me questions and such. She was very nice, and conversed with me and made me feel comfortable on the way to the room. She asked a couple of questions in the interview, such as scenarios, that weren't too hard to answer. Was offered the job on the spot, and overall had a nice experience.

Applied online and gave the name of my friend that worked there as a credential. Was called a week later to schedule an interview for 3:30. Didn't get interviewed until 5. I was asked what does customer service mean to you, on a scale of one to ten how organized are you , and basic what would you do if you were in this situation questions. If you're under 18, have a parent come with because you're going to need their signature to do a drug test. Is mandatory after the interview. Later I was told I was mainly hired because I smiled through the interview so make sure you smile! They're really big on customer service as well.
