Overall the store manager was great and very kind, interview was very straightforward and simple. Manager was awesome in the sense that he was able to notice when someone was overqualified and instead of hiring them and giving them a crap job with crap pay he suggested and encouraged them to apply for higher up positions.
nice and quick, to the point questions , asked about experience and baking knowledge. The interview was not too long either. i was asked to demonstrate specific skills related to cake decorating and preparing other baked goods
Answered a few behavioral questions and filled out a sheet with my availability. Interview questions were standard, such as why do you want to work here and what are your strengths and weaknesses.
