Jewel-Osco Manager Trainee interview questions

Horrible Interviewer and Recruiter, She was very unprofessional and rude. Jewel should be ashamed of themselves for hiring this recruiter to represent their company. Everybody knows Jewel has a not so good rep in the Chicagoland area so the last thing Jewel needs is idiots representing them. I'm a African American male and I was treated very badly by a African American recruiter.

The interview process can take a while. I spoke with a recruiter at a job fair, filled out the online application the next day, but I didn't get an interview for another 3 weeks. During the interview, I was informed that it's a 2-step process in which I was initially interviewed by the recruiter. I was told that if they thought I was a good fit, they would bring me in a for a second interview.
