I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Jimmy John's in Jul 2013
Interview
Honestly I got the job on the spot! No interview was conducted. I applied on Snagajob on July 1st, got an email from the GM for an interview the following day, I called him to confirm I would be there but a family situation came up so I had to reschedule. I came in for an "interview" 2 days later, the GM had just left but he left some info for me to attend an orientation. So my advice to you is if a company is seriously hiring, APPLY THAT SAME DAY! YOU W ILL GET HIRED GUARANTEED!! Jimmy Johns pays $8.00/hr at my location, but I'm sure it's $0.75 more than minimum wage for every state.
