I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Jimmy John's (Madison, AL) in Feb 2014
Interview
The interview was really good it was a new store at the time. I was asked a couple of questions about my availbility and work history by the franchise owner who was really nice and worked in the original jimmy johns store with jimmy himself. You could tell hea was very passionate about what he does. After the interview he gave me a menu and told me to memorize the ingredients on all the sandwhiches and come back in 2 days for a test. I made some flash cards and came back and got everything right and was hired on the spot
The hiring team was professional, prompt, and welcoming. The process involved a practical skills test and a collaborative behavioral round. Overall, it provided an excellent, transparent view of the company culture."
When onto Indeed.com and found their hiring in the area. Submitted my Resume and interviewed within the following week. Spent about 30 minutes talking to a manager on site and was offered a job within the next 3 days.

Standard process. Asked basic questions about experience and goals. Some of it was done online. Quick results. Seemed like a good team. Interviewer got back to me quickly. Didn’t really go into specifics.
