Applied online. Asked to come in for an interview. Started as small talk and then the technical portion began. After the interview they gave me a tour of the buildings on their campus and introduced other IT personnel.

Very hands on interview. The interviewer was very knowledgeable. The head quarters was cool and Id recommend the company. From what I saw the building and company were very put together and clean.
