Interview
There was no formal interview process. I discovered the job on craigslist and showed up to the location mentioned in the ad. The store was still under construction. They had a table outside. Once we finished the interview they said I started next week. Not too difficult, nearly anybody who applies will be accepted.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Jimmy John's (Atlanta, GA) in Apr 2015
Interview
I got hired at Jimmy John's 3 times. They usually posted ads on Craigslist. You respond to the ad with a resume and a little about yourself. If they respond to you for an interview you pretty much already have the job. The 3 times I went for an interview the manager pretty much tells you about themselves admin about the job and then let's you know when you can start.
It was very laid back a few questions from a piece of paper they really just want to know how fast you are can you handle stress and if you are a hard worker or not
