I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Jimmy John's (Huntington Beach, CA) in Feb 2015
Interview
Completely easy, He talks about where the company came from and how he got be in his place. He wants you to describe what you have done at other jobs. Just make conversation. The process was completely legit, and he gave me the job on the spot. If you don't make conversation with the GM, then you will not get the job at all. I know a person that didn't talk at all and didn't give the job. Act like you care about what he is doing because he is very passionate about the company that he works for.

Interview
Simple and concise interview. Focused on value for company. Enjoyed process. It was when a job was needed between finishing high school and moving on to University. It was a fun culture.
Standard process for an interview, google common questions! Be able to explain why you’re interested in the role! They might asked about your schedule if you’re in school. Really great environment!
No real interview I showed up and they were in need of help. They just made sure my driving record was clean and I passed a background check. Great first job, cool people, it’s always a different experience whichever jimmys you choose
