Very easy conversation over resume. Just sat down with the manger and ask questions about you and why you want the position. It is done in the lobby though not in the back office so be ready for that one.
Knowing the menu and passing a menu test to ensure you are familiar with what items come on each individual sandwich to ensure top speed when preparing orders for customers

Reached out directly to the store, and had a casual 30 minute interview with the general manager where he asked me typical questions for an entry-level food service job. Very friendly and was clear that they were willing to hire any motivated applicant.
