I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Jimmy John's (Peoria, IL) in Jun 2021
Interview
Relatively quick 20-minute sit down with the manager at one of the tables out front. The interview did take place in front of / within earshot of the team working behind the counter, which was slightly nerve racking, but overall painless and informal.
