Interview

The hiring manager called me before hand to set up a date and time for the interview. I was asked basic questions about myself and my work/school habits. I was given an overview of the policies of the company and position I was applying for. I was then given a menu to memorize and later test on. I was given 1 week to memorize the entire menu. Test date was scheduled during the first interview.

Was asked by the owner ahead of time to apply. It was a new store that hadn't opened yet. Submitted application. Sit down with manager for very casual interview. Got the job and went in for a training after taking the test to know the ingredients of all of the sandwiches.

I showed up to eat lunch there, and the GM asked me if I was happy with my job at the car wash. I said I wanted more hours, and he said he could promise me more hours, so we worked it out where I am now working both jobs. There was no really questions
