Received an email to arrange a phone interview. Waited 1 hour for call only to receive an email later apologizing for missing the interview, and let's reschedule for next day. 15 minutes after re-scheduled phone interview, received a call from HR rep letting me know they filled the position. Complete lack of professionalism. Didn't apologize for calling me late, either. I think I dodged a bullet with this organization.
