Getting through the front door is a literal challenge. There's a metal detector and security guard posted at the entrance. I found them to be rude and unaccommodating. This will give you a clear indication of what to expect. I did not find this to be an obstacle so i continued on. The faculty and staff were nice. I interviewed with the director and it seemed that I would get the job. They then had me do a drug test and background check. I checked in to see if I was still being considered. I check every week for three weeks and was finally told that it was an ongoing process. Make sure you have at least a couple months to see of there will be a job offer or not. I still have't received any word yet. .
