Applied online to Management and Training Corporation (MTC). I was contacted by HR for an interview. The interview was with the Director and direct supervisor of instructors. They were very nice, warm and friendly. They took turns reading their interview questions. It went very well and was not over an hour long. Salary was not discussed during the interview, but i was told days later about the pay range for the position. I was told I would hear back from them either way and I never heard back. Either way, I would not have accepted the job at the mid-30s they were offering.
