Was invited for a 30 minute phone call, which was reasonable, but was then informed there would be FOUR interviews, totalling about 2.5 to 3 hours. This is for an entry-level position.

4 stages - phone screen, hiring manager interview, roleplay interview and executive
I got to the interview stage and really enjoyed the process, as well as talking to all team members at Jobber. They were all inviting and I felt welcomed, which made me really want to be part of the team. The transparency was great at all stages as they did communicate what info you needed throughout. The role play interview had 2 stages - a discovery call with a client, and also you had to create a training plan based on that discovery call. The hiring managers gave you feedback and you also had time to reflect with them on your performance. I really appreciated it.
