Question 1

Interview
Had a phone call with a recruiter who was very polite but asked multiple in depth questions about the sales process. I found this to be incredibly odd, especially when she asked me to elaborate on things in depth. I understand these kinds of questions from a sales manager or an executive level manager but not from a talent acquisition worker who will not be able to fully understand my answers.
