Joby Aviation Recruiter interview questions

Like others, I have to say this was not a great interview experience. I am not sure if the person who interviewed me was really inexperienced or if maybe they were very nervous. But it was awkward and strange. The conversation seemed to lag and we never really got into any meaningful questions. I feel like part of being an effective recruiter is to be able to engage well and communicate well with potential candidates but sadly, that was not the experience I had with them. I really wanted to like this company but blah. After the interview, there was no further communication from them until I received a lackluster form email essentially saying, "Thanks but no thanks." That's probably for the best!
