You get to meet the recruitment manager at the first event. It is not a one to one process. They will share with you information for your next meeting. You have to then pass a test on your knowledge of the products and how to make them (they give you access to e-learning resources). Depending on the outcome of the second meeting + your test, they will book you for a week of training. The first two days are to survey whether or not you are a good fit for the company/the teams and in a training facility (not serving actual customers). You will not know if you have succeeded until the end of the second day and will start getting paid on the third day if you are successful.
