One on One. Personality oriented vs. Experienced Based. They want to know who the individual is because they believe the job itself can be taught to anyone. Once hired, they require you to act the part and live to their expectations. Overall amazing experience. Taught me a lot.

At the time I have an online group interview with 3 other people which was just the standard questions and then offered an in person one which I found fairly easy and relaxed it ended up being more of a chat than a formal interview. They just want to see your personality and enthusiasm.
