I interviewed at the spring st location a while back and the two guys who interviewed me (not sure if they’re still with the company now) were your typical stuck up, know it all, sarcastic and apathetic yet somehow still thinks they’re an artist millenial. The questions they asked me were very direct, but the tone was incredibly condescending. “Why should I hire you? You have to come in at 5am, are you okay with that? It doesn’t seem like you are.”while looking at me like they were studying me or something. Then when I answered one of their questions one of the guys made a comment like “a little contradicting but okay..” like at this point it was giving very much toxic masculinity. I see right through people and I knew they didn’t wanna hire me, and possibly talked about me when I walked out. I understand this is a very modern “millenial” type company, but I should not have to feel like I’m being patronized during an interview. I was about to walk out in the middle of it thats how unfriendly and awkward it was. I will never eat at this place because of it.

They asked very generic questions and did not seem interested. They were mass interviewing. I am honestly tired of the job hunt so at this point goo luck! it is tough
